This website is operated by Dime Layin Dimes ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Products and orders

All products are made to order. We try to show colors and prints as accurately as possible, but colors can look slightly different on screen than in person, and small variations in print placement are normal for printed apparel. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. You agree to give current, accurate payment and contact information for every purchase.

Shipping and returns

Shipping, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

All designs, logos, artwork and content on this site, including the Dime Layin Dimes name and graphics, belong to Dime Layin Dimes. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission.

Use of the site

You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, to interfere with how it works, or to try to access it in ways we haven't allowed.

Third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify, payments are processed by our payment providers, and orders are produced and shipped by our fulfillment partner. Their own terms and policies also apply to the services they provide.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dime Layin Dimes isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
